One Grill Master Required for every 100 guests (175.00) 4 hours
One Buffet Staff Required for every 100 guests (160.00) 4 hours 
Staff will arrive 1 hour to 1-1/2 hour ahead of time to unload and set up
Staff will cook and have all items available when buffet opens
Grilling will continue for 2 hours
Staff will clean up and break down food area (total time - 4 hours)
Equipment can be left for your continued use - additional $25 next day pick up fee
